We collect information in accordance with the law to provide you with better services and improve your user experience.
Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. The information covered in this clause includes:
1. Basic information: including but not limited to your name, gender, ID number, phone number, email address, contact address, company information, etc.
2. Online identity information: including but not limited to Jeejio online account, IP address, and related login account, password, etc.
3. Online browsing records: including but not limited to browsing records, access dates and times, website operation records, click records, Cookies records of Jeejio websites, platform systems, software, etc.
4. Personal commonly used device information: To ensure the secure operation of software and services, we collect information including but not limited to hardware model, operating system type, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs.
5. To prevent malicious programs and ensure secure operation, we collect information about installed applications or running processes, overall application operation, usage and frequency, application crash situations, overall installation and usage, performance data, application sources.
6. Property information: including but not limited to Jeejio account balance, coupons, transaction records, virtual property information, etc.
In addition to the above information, we may also collect other information about you that is necessary to provide services and improve service quality, including information you provide when contacting our customer service team, responses to questionnaires you send us, and information obtained when you interact with Jeejio's affiliates or partners.
To enhance the security of using Jeejio services and more accurately prevent phishing, fraud, and malware, we may understand your network usage habits and commonly used software information to assess the risk of your account and may record some links (URLs) that we consider risky.
Additionally, when you register for a Jeejio account and use services, you authorize us to collect relevant information from Jeejio's affiliates and partners, and you authorize Jeejio's affiliates and partners to share relevant information with Jeejio. This information includes but is not limited to your identity information, behavior information, transaction information, device information, which we aggregate to provide better services or better prevent internet fraud.
It should be particularly noted that this privacy policy does not apply to services provided by other third parties, such as when sellers on the platform provide services to you. The personal information you provide to sellers is not covered by this privacy policy. The platform may also contain links to other websites, and we are not responsible for the information protection measures of any other linked websites.
To provide you with better services, we collect information related to the services you use based on the different services you use.
1. When you create an account on the Jeejio platform, you must provide us with basic information including but not limited to your phone number, company name, member name, contact person, email address, and set a login password. Collecting this information helps you complete registration. You can also choose to fill in gender, birthday, region, and personal introduction to complete your information based on your needs.
2. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use Jeejio's "one-click login" function, with your express consent, the operator will send your phone number to us to provide you with quick login services. The phone number is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the "one-click login" method to register and log in to Jeejio, but it will not affect your registration and login through other methods or the normal use of other functions.
3. When you use Jeejio services, you need to fill in and/or submit the necessary information for the services, including but not limited to your contact information, address, shipping/receiving address, company name, company address, company service/product description, etc.
4. We also record the information you provide while using our services. For example, the information you post on the Jeejio platform, search keyword information, and information provided when contacting Jeejio customer service. The collection and recording of such information aim to improve Jeejio services to provide you with better services.
5. When you conduct transactions on the Jeejio platform, we record your transaction information, including but not limited to transaction parties' information, product name, product quantity, transaction amount, creation time, transaction status, logistics information, etc.
6. Information obtained from third parties. We may obtain your authorized shared account information (avatar, nickname, gender, etc.) from third parties. We will use your personal information in accordance with the law after confirming the legality of the personal information source with the third party.
7. We may request access to your contacts and use encrypted contact information to recommend friends from your contacts. Contact information is sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of Jeejio and related services. Please note that if other users upload contacts containing your contact information, the system may recommend friends based on this information or recommend you to relevant users.
8. You acknowledge and agree that during the use of products and/or services, we may send notifications to your contact information (such as phone number) for user notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience survey, etc. We may also send commercial information via SMS or phone to your collected phone number about Jeejio's services, features, or activities. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can unsubscribe through the method provided in the SMS or contact us directly for unsubscription.
9. When you use Jeejio-related search services, we collect your search keyword information and log records. To provide efficient search services, some of the above information may be temporarily stored on your local storage device and displayed as search results content, search history records.
10. Explanation of camera and microphone permissions for Bubble APP:
You can choose to enable the camera permission of the Bubble APP to authorize functions such as taking photos, recording videos, and scanning codes, to access your camera so that you can take photos or record videos. If you need to record and publish videos with sound, you also need to enable the microphone permission. We will collect the information you upload and publish. You can disable this function in system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to use the scanning function or interact through photos and videos, but other basic functions will not be affected.
11. Explanation of extended album authorization function for Bubble APP:
You can choose to enable the system album permission to authorize us to access your album by actively uploading or sending pictures and videos in chats. We will collect the information you choose to upload and publish. You can disable this function in system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to change your profile picture through uploaded pictures or send pictures and videos in chats, but other basic functions will not be affected.
12. Explanation of extended microphone authorization function for Bubble APP:
You can choose to enable the system microphone permission to use voice technology to achieve voice messages, voice commands, voice search, and other voice interaction functions. We will collect the voice information you input during the use of intelligent voice technology for machine recognition, online interaction, and to meet your messaging, command, and search needs. You can disable this function in system permissions. Once disabled, you may not be able to achieve online voice interaction functions, but other basic functions will not be affected.

14. It is important to emphasize that Bubble APP will only collect user-related information in the "background state" with the user's explicit consent.
1. When you log in to the Jeejio platform, we use the network identity information you provide to identify and (or) confirm your identity to ensure the security of your account.
2. We may use your personal information to verify identity, prevent, detect, investigate fraud, endanger security, illegal or violations of our or its affiliates' agreements, policies, or rules to protect your rights, other Jeejio users, or our or its affiliates' legitimate rights and interests.
3. We will conduct statistics on the usage of our services and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of our products or services. These statistics do not contain any of your identifiable information.
4. Self-start or associated startup explanation. Our APP uses a personalized approach to communicate information between people and devices. Users can send messages to devices, and devices can feedback messages to users in the form of instant messaging sessions. Therefore, the APP may have self-start or associated startup behavior to ensure communication immediacy and reliability, improving user experience in IoT scenarios. You can disable this self-start function in system settings.
5. Other scenarios that require the use of your information will be used with your consent.
Your personal information is an important part of the services we provide to you. We will follow legal regulations to fulfill our confidentiality obligations regarding your information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except in the following cases:
a. Authorized consent principle: Without your consent, we will not share your personal information unless the shared personal information is de-identified, and the third party cannot re-identify the individual. If the third party uses the information beyond the original authorized consent scope, they need to obtain your consent again.
b. Legal and minimal necessary principle: The shared data must have a legitimate purpose and be limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the purpose.
c. Security and prudence principle: We will carefully evaluate the third party's purpose for using shared information, comprehensively assess the security capabilities of these partners, and require them to comply with legal agreements. We will strictly monitor the security of software development kits (SDKs) or application programming interfaces (APIs) obtained by partners to protect data security.
1. To provide you with services, we provide your information to Jeejio partners, such as professional certification companies for verifying your company identity and store information.
2. To achieve the purposes described in "How We Use Your Information" or to fulfill our obligations and/or exercise our rights, we share your personal information with Jeejio's affiliates, partners, or third parties representing Jeejio (e.g., communication service providers that send push notifications on our behalf, payment institutions that process bank card payments, etc.).
3. We may disclose your information to the complainant/complained to assist in resolving disputes and handling potential rights disputes.
4. Situations where you violate Chinese laws, regulations, or agreements signed with Jeejio (including electronically signed agreements) or violate related Jeejio platform rules that require disclosure to third parties.
5. Disclosure of your information as required by laws and regulations or administrative or judicial authorities.
6. Other situations where your information needs to be shared with your authorization or consent.
7. Exemptions from obtaining consent for sharing, transferring, public disclosure of personal information.

We highly value your ability to manage your personal information and strive to protect your rights to inquire, access, modify, delete, withdraw consent, deactivate your account, file complaints, and set privacy preferences. We provide convenient methods for you to manage your information in the following ways:
1. You can choose whether to publicly display your information on the Jeejio platform when filling out relevant information or within your member service center. Please be aware that if you choose to make your information public, it can be seen by anyone.
2. By logging into your member service center, you can query and modify your personal details, security settings, login password, contact information, etc., under "Account Management."
3. You have the right to deactivate your account. You can do this by visiting the "Settings" section of our app and selecting "Deactivate Account." Once your account is deactivated, your information will be deleted, and any user agreements or other contractual obligations with Jeejio will be terminated (except for provisions that continue to be effective or as otherwise required by law). The specific steps for account deactivation are as follows:
a. The account deactivation process takes 15 working days. Your account will be deactivated within 15 working days after you have successfully submitted your deactivation request (starting from the date of successful submission). You can continue to use your account normally until the deactivation request is approved. During the review period, you can contact customer service to withdraw your deactivation request. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service via email at [Service@jeejio.com]. Our staff will respond within three working days upon receiving your email.
b. For detailed rules and procedures regarding account deactivation, please refer to the "Jeejio Account Deactivation Agreement" attached.
c. For other matters related to account deactivation, please refer to the "User Registration Service Agreement" and related rules of Jeejio.
4. Certain business functions and services require your information to be completed. If you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding functions and services, and we will stop processing your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect any prior processing of your personal information based on your previous authorization.
5. If you have any questions about querying, modifying, or deleting your information, you can contact Jeejio customer service for assistance.
Jeejio strictly protects the security of your information. We provide the following methods to manage and protect your information:
1. We use various management systems and policies to regulate the storage and use of your information.
2. We adopt standard security measures, including information encryption and other technical measures, to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, and to avoid damage or loss of your information.
3. When you conduct online transactions for goods or services, or display your products or company information through Jeejio, you inevitably disclose certain information to the transaction counterpart or potential counterpart, such as contact details, email address, contact person, company information, etc. This information is disclosed voluntarily or with your consent.
4. Please protect your information appropriately and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover any leakage of your information, especially your account and password, please contact our customer service immediately so we can take appropriate measures to help protect your account security and personal privacy.
Cookies and similar technologies, like device identifiers, are commonly used in the internet. When you use Jeejio and related services, we may use these technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information about your visit and usage of our products. To provide you with an easier access experience, we may use various technologies to collect and store relevant information when you visit related websites or use services provided by the platform. 1. After your account is deactivated, we will stop providing services to you, and your personal information will be made inaccessible or anonymized. Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Jeejio and its affiliates, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
2. Once a Jeejio account is deactivated, it cannot be restored. Please back up all the information and data related to your Jeejio account before proceeding with the deactivation. We are not responsible for any adverse effects caused to you or any third parties due to your account deactivation.
To provide you with better services, Jeejio's business may change from time to time. We will revise this privacy policy as necessary, and these revisions will become part of this privacy policy and have the same legal effect. We will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy without your explicit consent.
